Kundalini Yoga is the yoga of awareness, incorporating various routines (kriyas), breathing exercises and meditation. The main aim is to connect to the energy inside of you to help you feel more peaceful, more joyful and blissful.

A daily Kundalini Yoga Class in combination with many kinds of meditation will be offered to you. Together we will explore how to stay focused, relaxed and concentrated through deep and conscious breathing, how to remain calm under pressure, the positive effects meditation can have on you, and how your body might feel when you treat it as a temple.  And a lot more!
