  • How do I prepare for my stay ?

    Try to reduce the amount of caffeine, alcohol and nicotine that you consume the week before your arrival. We also suggest you start increasing you intake of fruit, salads and vegetables (cooked or raw) from 1 week before.

  • Is the yoga appropriate to any fitness and experience levels ?

    Our yoga is appropriate for any fitness and experience levels. Props, such as chairs, block and straps are used for assistance where appropriate. Even if you can’t do all the ‘exercise’ part, you will benefit from the mix with breathing exercices and meditation.

    There are also evening meditations to allow you to incorporate during the session all you have learned into a mindful practice. If you are new to meditation, we may use  guided meditation techniques and visiualizations as they are simple to follow and can be used easily back home.

  • Will I feel comfortable if I come alone?

    Yes, in fact many guests come to spiritual retreats alone and it’s a great opportunity to meet like-minded people with the same interests and needs. Some persons have commented that they feel more free to ‘let go’ and open when they have come to retreats on their own. You may even make lifelong friends during your stay.

  • What type of food will you be serving ?

    Our cuisine during your retreat is an integral part of your experience and has been specially designed to support you on your journey, by enhancing your energy, vitality and wellbeing plus helping to clear and release your mind.

    Based on the healthy gourmet raw food concept, our menu is prepared with an emphasis on an alkalizing, energizing, clean diet. It is a gentle, satisfying way to detox and cleanse.

  • What if I have special dietary needs?

    We serve organic, gluten free and vegetarian meals. If, however you are intolerant or allergic to specific elements, please let us know at least one week before your arrival, so that we can take it into account.

  • Can I have a glass of beer or wine for dinner?

    We are an alcohol-free environment and prefer that you do not bring your own alcohol. You will be surprised as how much you can enjoy a meal without wine or beer.

  • Do you have wifi?

    Yes, we do offer wifi in the villa.

  • Are children allowed at your retreats?

    The minimum age for guests is 18 years old.

  • Are pets allowed at your retreats?

    We do not allow pets to ensure that any guests with allergies are not compromised.

  • Are you affiliated with any organisations or religious groups?

    No, we are not affiliated with any organisations. We keep a neutral spiritual focus for our retreats and do not teach any set spiritual or religious way.


  • What if there are changes to the programme timetable?

    We offer fixed programmes which all guests are encouraged to take part in. The programme timetable is understandably subject to change at little or no notice due to unexpected changes in staff availability and other circumstances which are often beyond our control.

  • Is it possible to book additional massage if I wish to ?

    Our retreat price include all the yoga and meditation sessions and the different therapies mentioned in the corresponding section.  Additional treatments such as tantric massage and aromatherapy massage are available during your free time periods and have additional cost.

    All treatments are tailored to suit the individual needs of the guest and your therapist will chat with you before starting the treatment.
